Really friendly and did good work. Also, when I was there a car's coolant leak exploded and they were very communicative about the delays to the folks in queue.

In and out very quickly for a smog check with no appointment on a Saturday. Bob and the other associates were all very friendly.

Been coming to SM Motors for years. They are the best. My tire was low after the SMOG test so they went ahead and filled all four tires to spec and sent me on my way.

Communication was excellent. Whenever something came up, they contacted me right away by text or phone. They were also very quick and efficient with their work. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. I especially appreciated that they clearly explained what needed to be done now, as well as what might need attention in the future. At the same time, they never pressured me to do anything that wasn’t necessary right away. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

Was worried about smogging a car that the last smog caused my check engine light to come on so I was worried it wouldn't pass and I went to Santa Monica motors ahead of time to make sure there would be a technician that could walk me through it and I found bob! The best. Didn't promise me it would be perfect but told me they'd run the meter on it first and it was fine and passed. All the other technicians and the people working the front or really we're really chill but very on top of everything. Was quite a relief and I highly recommend
