This place pretty much saved our lives. My wife and I were in vacation in Santa Monica and we drove all the way from Wisconsin. We noticed a knocking noise so we brought the car in to be better safe than sorry. They discovered an issue with the shocks and the wheel bearings. It certainly wouldn't have been safe to drive 2000+ miles back home with a wobbly wheel but we were already checked out, we had to get home. They worked tirelessly all day to make sure it was fixed that same day and we drove all the way to Wisconsin in one straight shot afterwards with no issues. They were very kind to us and we can't thank them enough. Very enthusiastic reccomendation from us!

The front desk is very courteous and the skill set of Ray, mechanic, is excellent. I felt completely taken care of and was alerted to each phase of the repairs that were needed, and I was contacted as soon as everything was good to go. I highly recommend Santa Monica Motors.

To Bob and employees, #1 top of the line service. Been taking all my cars or trucks to this location for years and as always very professional, clean, convenient leaving job driving directly into parking lot. Hi Bob, can you squeeze me in after 4:30. Yeah, pull in right here. Took all of 15 minutes and wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you Bob and team for your dedication to keeping motorists safe.
