Excellent service. I had just changed my battery and the computer had not reset. I mentioned the new battery and the tech put a portable computer on and said the cat chip was not ready. This avoided a fail! Excellent!

Very honest!! I have a 2013 VW Beetle. The "service now" light came on Saturday I had a really bad experience the last time I went to the dealer for service. I looked on the AAA websight and they recommended Santa Monica Motors. I called them yesterday. I had an appointment this morning and it was just a problem with my tire. They didn't have a tire that size in stock so I went down the street to Bryon Woodely. Santa Monica Motors didn't even charge me for the diagnositc work!!! I have a new mechanic--it's Santa Monica Motors!!
