I made an appointment and even though they had a ton of walk-ins, I was out of there in about 15 minutes. They had sent me a coupon when I was due for a SMOG check. Everything couldn’t have been easier!

Had the best experience I could have hoped for at Santa Monica Motors. They diagnosed the problem, called with an estimate and to obtain authorization. Went on to give the car a once over and found a few minor but important things that they then called to let me know. Karen was wonderful, patiently answering all questions and I had many. Called with updates as to when I could expect to pick up the car. At pick up total bill was $600 less than estimated. Car runs so much better! Such peace of mind to have a reliable, honest, competent repair shop!
