I had a great experience with my car service. The staff was professional, friendly and honest about what my car needed. They completed the work quickly and at a fair price. My car runs perfectly-I would absolutely recommend them to others and I will definitely be coming back

This place pretty much saved our lives. My wife and I were in vacation in Santa Monica and we drove all the way from Wisconsin. We noticed a knocking noise so we brought the car in to be better safe than sorry. They discovered an issue with the shocks and the wheel bearings. It certainly wouldn't have been safe to drive 2000+ miles back home with a wobbly wheel but we were already checked out, we had to get home. They worked tirelessly all day to make sure it was fixed that same day and we drove all the way to Wisconsin in one straight shot afterwards with no issues. They were very kind to us and we can't thank them enough. Very enthusiastic reccomendation from us!

The front desk is very courteous and the skill set of Ray, mechanic, is excellent. I felt completely taken care of and was alerted to each phase of the repairs that were needed, and I was contacted as soon as everything was good to go. I highly recommend Santa Monica Motors.
