The entire experience was pleasant. Everyone was polite and efficient.They have both an indoor and outdoor seating area to wait. I will absolutely go there again.

This vehicle is for my business don’t can’t be sitting for extended periods of time. The turn around time was quick, as quoted & the work was done well. That sounds simple unfortunately most auto shops do not provide good service these days

They were prompt in finishing the starter replacement even though I was Kate in answering their texts. I would prefer a phone call.

Great service from the time I made the appointment online, greeted by Bob with a smile (and it was early in the morning) and checking my car out. Had a smog check done. Done on time and entire staff was helpful. Definitely will be back for any car service I may need.

I did a smog checked on my 2013 Scion XB at Santa Monica Motors.. The staff is lovely.since the beginning to end The Cashiers go above and beyond. The facility is clean and well managed with a nice outdoor seating area. Wait never long. Its a Beautiful place I will recommend ..
