I was asked for a review by AAA, which I did. This below is what I wrote. If you are in a hurry, then read only the last sentence, else read it all. I have been going to Santa Monica Motors for 26 years for the smog check on all my cars. It is one of the very, very few places where you can find the same people working. I now know Bob, I think Bob is the manager, not sure, for 26 years. Top guy. I recommend the place with my 26 years of experience there. Ah, just for you people to have an idea, I once brought my camper in. It was badly out-of-tune, it would not have passed smog check. Can you imagine that the smog checker did a quick tune-up himself, then continued the smog check, which then the camper passed, AFTER his free tune-up?

Always come here to see Bob when we need a smog check. Pico/Cloverfield area highly recommend this spot for a friendly smog.

Bob and the guys did a fantastic job on my 88 Ford Custom XLT.it was fast and easy. And thanks to them, I know my water pump has a leak as well as a muffler leak under the hood. Thanks guys!!!
