Amazing Service – Quick, Friendly, and Stress-Free! I had such a great experience at SM Motors yesterday that I had to leave a review. I’m the world’s biggest procrastinator and finally got around to getting my smog check after receiving the notice in the mail. I'm new to the area and saw this shop right across the park from where I live — super convenient with plenty of parking. As soon as I pulled in, I started feeling a little anxious not knowing exactly what to do, but that disappeared immediately when a gentleman named Bob came over, greeted me warmly, and offered to help. There was no wait at all — he quickly took my paperwork and created an account for me on the spot. He invited me to relax in their outdoor seating area right next to the shop. I also went inside briefly and was greeted right away by the receptionist, even though she was helping another customer — such a nice touch! I asked about payment (you pay after), and she let me know about their free Wi-Fi, which was perfect because I had some work to do. Before I even had time to really settle in, another team member came over and told me my car was done! It was unbelievably fast. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuine. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough for a smog check. I was in and out with zero hassle — and I actually enjoyed the experience. Huge thanks to Bob and the whole team at SM Motors for turning a dreaded errand into something easy and pleasant. You guys are the best!
