I recently visited this smog check center in Venice and had an excellent experience! The service was outstanding, very quick, incredibly friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a smog check in Los Angeles:)

A problem with my repair that could not have been foreseen caused hours more labor to fix. SM Motors did not upcharge me from their original quote. They lost money on this repair and I did not!! Amazing customer service!! I can't say it will happen for everyone every time, but I can say that the customer service provided by SM Motors is exemplary. You won't find a better crew to take care of your vehicle.
