I’m thrilled to have found Santa Monica Motors after VW abandoned us in Santa Monica. I’m actually sorry I didn’t find Santa Monica Motors sooner. Karent, in the pleasant and sun-filled office is very efficient and cheerful. My car was ready thirty minutes sooner than expected and the cost was a quarter of what I would’ve paid at the dealership. After your service you receive a link to an explanation with photos of everything they did. I find that highly exceptional and extremely satisfying. Obviously, I would recommend Santa Monica Motors.

Excellent service. I had just changed my battery and the computer had not reset. I mentioned the new battery and the tech put a portable computer on and said the cat chip was not ready. This avoided a fail! Excellent!
