I like to come to Santa Monica motors for my smog check. Bob is professional, efficient, and friendly. He always acknowledges your arrival to the shop right away. Bob took great care of all of the paper works in an organized fashion. The technicians are very skilled, well-trained. The staff in the front desk are courteous, and friendly. The BEST experience that I ever had with my smog check. Thank you for the excellent service.

My smog check was amazing. The staff person greeted me by name after identifying my car from my previous visits. There was a short wait in the office out of the wind, and I received the $10 discount from their coupon. The DMV site received and posted the information my car was in compliance, and they had already posted the results when I completed the registration online. I was done in less than half an hour, and in time to take my car for additional needed service. All in all very efficient. Thank you!

Recently got my car smog check and everything went smog. This place get very busy but please come with a lot of patience. Bob and his crew can only work as fast as their hands let them.
