Who would ever thought that I'll be writing a review for a Smog Check Station? Bob was the nicest person that you can ever meet at a Smog Check Station. He told me that it would take about 40 mins as there were a couple of other cars ahead of me. And what do you know.. I was just sitting there making dinner plans and Bob, who felt bad breaking my concentration, called me up to say my car was all ready to go! 20 minutes. That is all that they took from when I pulled in. Ah! Amazing. Thank you for such a quick job! If I ever need another service done, this is the only place on my list.
I've taken my Nissan to SM Motors a few times now. I have received nothing less than professional and courteous service. Not only have I've recieved advice and recommendations on issues that need to be addressed in the future, the problems I have had with my car have been fixed and all is operational. Just moved to Cali from FL... After a long afternoon at the DMV, we found out we needed a smog test. Found this place driving around and we are so happy we did! Bob Rich was SO nice. We got there when no one else was and it probably took like 15 minutes or so. Lucky we got there when we did because 3 other people were waiting when we left. Mention that you found him on Yelp and you will get $10 off. Definitely coming here for our next smog check. And thanks for the culinary suggestions, Mr. Rich!
