I had to have 2 hub caps replaced which had to be ordered from the dealership. It took forever - almost 3 weeks - for the dealership to be responsive. The minute they arrived, I was contacted by Santa Monica Motors. Great customer service.

Friendly, helpful service. Raymond provided excellent customer service. I brought my vehicle here after it had failed the smog check three times. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem and get the car to pass the test. I highly recommend them.

it has been my experience that the team at santa monica motors is consistently on top of their $hit...from the front desk to inside the garage (far as i can tell)...and it doest hurt to throw in a ride to and from my office if i don't have a lift...

Walked in without an appointment, they took my car right away. Filled out registration papers while smog check was being done. Got my tags and registration immediately after the smog check, in n out in under an hour and didn't even have to go to the dmv.I'd definitely recommend anyone go here. Ask for Bob or Harry, both are excellent humans and totally made my day.

I was in town helping my son with medical issues and needed to get a smog check and the breaks checked. I was leaving town before they had an opening and when I explained the situation they made room for me to bring the car in the next day. I really felt they were extremely honest, and cared about my situation.

Great Personal Service, Great Communication, repairs always discussed - if I have more time and money we discuss what can be done, if I need to do just the minimum that is heard and understood. Very happy this place has kept my 16 year old Subaru Forester running like a top for many years.
