I appreciate the level of detail that is given to me about the needed repairs. The service manager, Josh, helps me prioritize what needs to be done immediately vs. what can wait till another time. This helps my constrained budget. Also, I appreciate the rides to and from work very much. All staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Well. Best service I've ever seen with something as mundane as an oil change. Highly highly recommend. See?? Customer service goes a long way people!

I came in to Santa Monica Motors/Santa Monica Smog test to do a pre smog check inspection. on my 1997 Nissan Altima. On the phone they told me that the inspection would be $120 and then an additional $69 for the smog test (at Santa Monica Smog test, it's the same place). They also mentioned that they offer a shuttle service to take me home.They were very nice when I got there, and after giving them my information, I was told that the inspection would be just $70. Thinking I just saved $50 already made me happy.I waited about 25 minutes for the shuttle driver and got a ride to my house (also in Santa Monica).After 2 hours I received a phone call saying that there weren't any problems, they took my car through the smog test (and it passed) and the whole charge was $69. So bassicaly, they inspected the car, fixed what was neccesary (I know for sure that the idle had to be adjusted), they only charged me for the test itself, and also gave me a ride back to the shop. I couldn't possibly ask for more.

Awesome as usual! Josh never makes me feel like a "girl who knows nothing about cars". He explains everything to me like a true professional and I have never had to go back for them to "re-fix" a problem they repaired. They're also super nice and funny! Thanks guys!

I am new to California and had to go to the dreaded experience of the DMV. Actually, it wasn't too bad. Then I found out that before I could get my tags, I needed to get a smog check. Great, this should take forever. Actually, I used Yelp and saw the great reviews for this place. They were extremely friendly and took me right away. I was out in less than 20 minutes and back on my way to the DMV. The employees are VERY nice and explained exactly what they were checking (as I am from FL, I had no clue). I highly recommend and will use them again in the future!!
