It is nice to know there are honest mechanics we can trust to work on our cars. I have been coming to your business since I bought my 1980 Honda. Your location changed but not the service. And I have never had a problem with the service you have given my automobiles.

Great service, kept us fully informed on what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. Would definitely take my car back.

This a great place. They caught that my car was low on oil and saved my engine! Bob is a life saver!

First time reviewing and I'm glad it's for this place. Bob at the front desk was extremely helpful; my car didn't pass the first time but he gave me a deal the second time around. He also talked to me about my car and some useful tips to help extend it's life. Registered in the same building from out of state for CA plates - great customer service.

Just came in for a smog check and was done in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly service and was able to get my car registered by Harry next door. Awesome!

Don and Ray are awesome! (Should totally bring them a bottle of whiskey or some other such fabulousness.)I love, love, love my car, but she IS aging. And Don gave me lots of tips to make sure she would clear smog BEFORE he charged me. When you're dealing with annoying DMW certifications, and sometimes a car that means as much to you as a close relative, it's so refreshing to have people who actually know what bedside manner means.Ray, another employee, is first class, too. Obvs management has simply figured out how to hire decent people as these kids serve up Nordstrom customer service by the handfuls.
