Took a while to leave a review but these guys were great. Came in with my car because I had to get it smoged, I was really nervous about paying before because I really thought it was going to fail. They looked at my car before hand and told me if they honestly thought it would pass or not, which no other place offered to do. Think it was Bob who helped me out, thanks again, super nice guy

Came here for my first ever smog test. I can go on and on about how nice the people here are. Bob talked me through everything, explained to me exactly how the whole smog test process is. After my baby passed her smog test, Bob went on to give me a few pointers on how to keep the car running efficiently... 6 stars if i could.

Easy and so much less than my trips to dealer service. And I appreciate the "looking ahead" information on when to bring my car in again and what it will likely need.

Don and Ray at Santa Monica Motors consistently provide excellent service. They are personable and professional, and even when the shop is busy -- which is often -- they and their team complete the repairs in a timely manner and at reasonable rates. They guarantee their work, and strive to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.

They were awesome! Don was so helpful and even texted me to keep me updated about the progress of my car. The car was estimated to be done quickly and it was. Got it back the next day! The full vehicle inspection was also greatly appreciated. I was even given free towing for 6 months and offered a ride home from the shop. Again Don was awesome - will definitely go back!
