Excellent service all the way around. Brian handled my check-in and updates. Don executed the work and oversaw any outside needs (2 new tires), and Ray processed my check out. A top class act with very straight forward no-nonsense detailed estimates and updates. I can't say enough about these guys. From the moment I booked my appointment, to coming in and getting accurate estimates of their work, to the great coffee shop down the street that has wi-fi while you wait with the best coffee and pastries. A Santa Monica neighborhood automotive shop that is everything you could want and more!

Don and his team did an outstanding job to get me through the smog check. I am very grateful for the excellent work they performed. Can only highly recommend the repair facility and the persistent manner to solve the difficult problem. They succeeded and solved the problems presented to them in a superior manner. I thank them for that and can only recommend to use them as they are highly professional when you are in a bind.

Nice guys, who seem very honest. They replaced a part without charging for it, as part of major repairs I had done on a newly-purchased used car. They didn't see the damage until other parts were taken off of the vehicle.
