Santa Monica Auto Service

This was my first time at Santa Monica Motors, and I couldn't be more pleased. The whole experience, from start to finish, was unlike anything I ever experienced or expected. Don was wonderful in working on determining what needed to be done NOW, and what could wait until later - potentially saving me lots of time and money. Fidel, who drove me back to my office and picked me up later, couldn't have been nicer. All repairs were done quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

I needed a headlight bulb replaced. They fixed it in 10 minutes and were absolutely wonderful! I will definitely continue coming to Santa Monica Motors for any and all car repair needs.

My pickup truck was a mess. Don went through an evaluation with me (scrap or repair). Based upon his honest and rational advice, I chose to repair. Don and his staff did a great job and on budget.

No one likes smog checks. But when the state says you've gotta get it, it's a necessary evil. These guys have done probably my last three. They're fast and the price is right. What more do you need? Never had a problem, no shadiness - the job is done, no problem. Check 'em out if you're in the neighborhood. If they're busy you can hit the coffee shop or park nearby - but it probably won't take that long.

Great service and great staff. Very honest and don't bullshit you. The local shuttle makes it really easy to drop off your car on a work day and not have to take time off which is a major plus.
