My car wasn't passing smog. They cleaned it up and did extensive work to make sure it did. They really cared. They have my business forever - and my trust. I'm taking my car back for a full inspection and tune up this month. They also made sure I got to work and had a rental or ride when they had to keep my car overnight. SM Motors made sure I understood what was wrong with my car and why. Education is key in establishing trust. Thank you so much! I love my 4Runner and I'm so glad they cared for it as much I do.

The needed parts were ordered and then I got a call letting me know they were in, the work was done and I was on my way again. Always fast, efficient and friendly service.

Great service. Would've been five stars; but they told me two hours at booking and drop off but it ended up being four hours.

Excellent service all the way around. Brian handled my check-in and updates. Don executed the work and oversaw any outside needs (2 new tires), and Ray processed my check out. A top class act with very straight forward no-nonsense detailed estimates and updates. Great coffee shop down the street that has wi-fi while you wait. Coffee and pastries are the best.

Great job repairing our 1990 Accord (high NOX) and getting it to pass smog. Don, Ray, and Brian were all very helpful and accommodating. Quickly diagnosed and repaired. Highly recommended.
