I came in for a smog check and was running late to my DMV appointment. The staff rushed my job and I was in and out of there in under twenty minutes and made my appointment.

They have kept me informed on what needs to be done both at the time of the service to my car and what needs to be done in the future. Both the men and the garage shop are kept clean and everyone is friendly . I'm so pleased that SMM is close to my home and if I need a ride home they are right there to provide that service. Oasis for BMW's. Santa Monica Motors is different. They are calm, they are informed, they are responsive, they care about your time. I've taken my BMW there for Smog checks, for little things like washer fluid and air in my tires--they know their business thoroughly and they care about delivering possibly the most personal customer service out there. I'm glad they are so good. I will return again and again.
