I had a recurring problem in my 2003 Rav 4 that was difficult to diagnose. Ray, Karim ,and the mechanics took the time and worked hard to determine what the exact problem was and Nailed it! I had to get a smog certificate. Drove in without calling on a weekday in the morning. I was greeted in the parking lot and my vehicle was taken in. I was told it would take 15 mins. Went to the office, provided by information and was out in less than 15 minutes and with a nice cup of coffee to boot. Staff was amazingly friendly. Wish everything was so awesome.
