Don and his staff at Santa Monica Motors are awesome! They gave us honest feedback on the state of our car, even though it meant them not making a sale. That's hard to find, and I'll definitely be coming back here for all my maintenance needs as well as sending friends!

fantastic customer service. was able to work with me even while i'm out of the country on business. noticed that the plastic cover under the steering column is missing two screws causing a really annoying rattling noise and promptly notified don but overall. . loved the service overall.

I highly recommend Santa Monica Motors for your smog check. Bob at the front desk could not have been more gracious. The test itself was performed quickly and efficiently and was reported immediately electronically to the DMV. Harry at the booth next door can then handle your registration and have your CA plates installed on the spot. No need to even go to the DMV, unless you need a VIN check.

Went there today for a smog check. I wasn't able to download the $10 coupon but they honored the coupon anyways. Friendly and quick. Would reccommend this place to anyone who needs a smog check.

Have taken my car to Santa Monica Motors for at least 5 years. I return because of the excellent work and friendly staff.
