Still the best ever

I've been going to santa monica motors for a two years and though they charge a bit more, time has proven it's worth it. I have an older Honda and when I first took it in for a multi-point inspection, and they had me replace several things (for over 2 grand). I took it in a year later and found out everything but my shocks was still in great condition. they had done good work the first time and it showed! they are honest and do careful work.

I came here after not being able to find another smog place on Cloverfield. Bob was great! He explained the entire process to me because I was unaware after just moving from Connecticut. He also honored a coupon I found randomly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to get a Smog test. I will surely go back here if I need to again!

I would say this is a good service spot. I got an oil change, which came with a free, reasonably in depth, inspection. They made me aware of a couple things to keep in mind for the coming months, and suggested one additional maintenance procedure. When I declined, they didn't pressure me, they were very understanding and not in the least bit bitter or resentful.
