I didn't think much when my A3 whispered, "wa wa wa", I thought it was road noise. And when I had to fight the wheel to keep her tracking straight, I blamed the ridges in the road. But when she bellowed "WHOOP WHOOP WHOOP" and was as squirrelly as deep fried okra, I knew I'd have to take her in to the shop. Alignment? Control arm? Bent rim...or worse? Nope, the boys over at Santa Monica Motors chastised me on a point of safety and sent me off to purchase front tires at the tire store. And you know what,? She whispers no more.

Santa Monica Motors has it down for smog checks. Great friendly service and quick too.

like that the office is away from the work bays. like the evaluation sent by text or email to show what needs to be done and what needs to be watched.

My battery died while my car was still in my driveway. AAA didn't carry the replacement battery, nor did you. But, you ordered it immediately and installed it as soon as it arrived. I appreciated the fast service. Thank you

Second time I've had to take my son's car in, while visiting. They worked me in both times. First time was simple the second was a bit more complicated. Happy with the service and the cost.
