Just did a smog check with Santa Monica Motors, and everything went smoothly. Took less time than they said it would, and I was able to wait in their cozy waiting room. Easy transaction too. Highly recommend.
Second car going in for Smog check. Great customer service. Easy to park and met by an agent whom took my in formation. Went to the comfortable office to wait for my car to be done.
I have been going to this place for years. They now have an upgraded waiting room/office but you don't spend much time there.. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Bob is a pleasure to deal with.
They are always so friendly and helpful - always take care of my car in a timely fashion - and really make sure I understand what my car need not just to keep it running great, but to be safe on the road. Really appreciate it.
