I have used Santa Monica Motors for over 27 years. They've never failed me,. Never. When I leave with my inspected car, I have complete faith that it's in great shape. Karim, Don, Ray, Eloy, Raul and all of the staff focus on quality and it shows- they listen to your concerns, address them and give you a full report. The customer is treated with respect, professionalism, and integrity. I have recommended many friends,& family to them and no one has been disappointed.

Although it is rather difficult to get an appointment at Santa Monica Motors, and the garage is not open on weekends which for a working person can be quite hard to manage (no loaners), the service is excellent, both mechanically and in terms of customer appreciation. Specifically, Don was a friendly and communicative, always keeping me updated via text with genuinely courteous and clear information about the ongoing status and developments with my car. In addition, my car was returned absolutely spotless, having been detailed with no prior mention and no additional cost. It's very convenient location and supportive staff means I will be returning and would recommend SM Motors to anyone--and request Don!

Santa Monica Motors is my go to place when I need to get one of my vehicles "smogged". They are so fast, efficient and friendly. Best service I've ever had for my smog cert. I haven't used them for anything else because I haven't needed to, but I wouldn't hesitate.

Always great service, but I really appreciated the new email technology that sent over all the trouble with the car so you could review it ahead of time
