I had been here a few times before and always had a good experience. Prices were good, service, was good, and they always took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I always felt in the know. Today I went in to get some new tires. Somehow there was some miscommunication about my appointment time, which was made over a phone call and maybe that I didn't ask enough questions. Either way, I met with Ray (not who I spoke with on the phone) and he was super gracious about helping me out. The service ended up taking a little longer than expected and Ray not only continued to keep me in the loop, they took amazing care of me and my car! I will am going to refer everyone I know to you guys. Thanks so much for everything. Your efforts are extremely appreciated!!!

Efficient, polite, expert !

Eloy helped me out with a smog check that I needed to get my vehicle registration renewed. After checking my car in with Eloy, I went to the waiting area to get some coffee, and my coffee hadn't even cooled down enough for me to drink most of it before my car was ready. Talk about quick customer service! Looks like there were several other cars in the lot, too. Will be coming back here for my smog check needs in the future. :)

I feel very lucky that Santa Monica Motors is nearby. It's like having your own pit stop crew. I had a flat tire, made an appt online, went in first thing and was out in less than 9 minutes. Ray and Dennis couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. I had also ordered new wipers and they put those on while they took care of the tire. I felt like Mario Andretti--though I don't drive like him. Highly recommended. Great service. Great results.

Fast and friendly service! I came in a little after 3pm knowing they were closing at 4 and hoping I wasn't a hinder being last minute and all. They were done within 15-20min. I was out the door and on my way before I could open the magazine I picked up off the table. Happy customer.

This is my first time coming to this shop for my Audi, and I must say, it's nothing short of immaculate. From the very beginning, I was met with impeccable customer service and a friendly ambience. Shoutout to my guy Josh, he took care of my concern and assured me everything will be in good hands. Not only did they look into my concern, but went way and beyond by replacing my old battery for my key fob. Just that and greasing my door are the little things, aside from my issue; the brakes. This shop is amazing, hands down! I will be coming here for all my vehicle services. I will be recommending this to all my friends who need servicing. Keep up the amazing work!

Super quick, friendly, and a nice waiting room. I had no idea but next door is a place to register your car too instead of going to the dmv so the whole thing was easy!
