I was met by s service rep. He took down all the relevant information and told me my car would be ready in 15 minutes. I had brought reading material figuring I would have a wait. But, before I could get settled down in the waiting room my car was ready. I was impressed.

Excellent service. I brought my car in for a smog check. I was promised that the car would be ready in fifteen minutes and it was. I have been bring my cars here for years to get the smog certificate. I highly recommend them.

The employees are always courteous and polite and cheerful. For me the most important thing about Santa Monica Motors is their honesty. If they say something needs fixing, it does and they do quality work. I also find their prices are reasonable. If they can give one a break on the price of a job they do. I hope Santa Monica Motors never goes out of business.

Great, quick service!

Called for an appt. for a smog check. Was told no appt. was necessary. I drove in at my convenience, and they smog checked the car and sent in the "pass" results electronically in less than 20 minutes. A great experience.

The employees are honest and courteous and friendly. Most of all they are honest and if they say a job needs being done, it does. They give quality work and whenever possible give you a break on the price charged. I wouldn't go any place else. Hope they never go out of business.

Prompt and friendly service EVERY visit to SM Motors. The main reason I continue to patron this business for my vehicle smog checks. Also, upgraded computer system allows for instant text messaging when vehicle passes or fails smog in addition to emailing receipts.
