I've been to SM motors several times over the years for my smog tests. Always fast freindly service. Just a great group of people from the service mechanics to the office personnel. These folks know what their doing....highly recommend.

While parking,the service writer approached immediately, greeted me and very politely initiated the paperwork for the smog inspection. He remembered me from the last inspection 2 years ago. The waiting lounge was very nice and clean, with ample seating and wi-fi, felt like I was in a coffee house except here, the coffee was free. All the employees were courteous. They gave me a time estimate of 30 minutes but my car was ready in about 20, which was a pleasant surprise. I have, and will continue to recommended Santa Monica Motors to others.

I recently relocated from Oregon, and had to get my car smog tested. The car failed three times before passing. The Santa Monica Moters team was very helpful in doing what they could to advise me on what to do to increase the chances of passing the test. Ultimately I had to put several miles on the car to reset the car’s on-board diagnostic computer (round trips to San Diego), but it worked.

Always an easy experience for our older G wagon which requires a smog check every few years .

Always a good experience here. We have a fleet of 13 vehicles between Primo Driving Schools, Westwood Driving School and Primo Platinum (New G-63 AMG) Don't waste time anywhere else. Bob and his friendly crew run well oiled machine. Keep up the great service!
