I’ve always had a positive experience here - they’re extremely helpful in explaining the details of the service and have quoted me lower than what I’ve been quoted at a Nissan dealership (I have a Nissan). They almost always get the work done same day or next day, and have easy interfaces to provide quotes/updates to the service and they text you when you’re cars ready. In general, the staff are always so helpful and friendly. I definitely feel like I can trust Santa Monica Motors with my car. Highly recommend

I first tried out John and Eduardo's shop after the local Lexus dealer told me I needed to do $5000 of work on my out-of-warranty car. They quoted me a price of around $2500 for the same work and did a fine job. Since then they've proven that they are trustworthy and do quality work. I happily recommend them.
