josh spent a lot of time explaining to me what my options were without talking down to me. good friendly service. this is where i plan to always take my car for maintenance and repair.

Everything about this place is excellent, and keeps me coming back. They take good care of my car and good care of me, they're people are extremely friendly, and it's across the street from a park so I can chill out with a book under a tree while I wait. I do pay more for an oil change here than I would at Jiffy Lube or wherever, but I find it worth it.

My first visit to Santa Monica Motors, was efficient, fair priced and timely. Since it was my first time there, they did a diagnosis on my perceived auto problem and checked the tires, fixed a windshield wiper and other things that I did not ask for, they did them without extra charge, I came there for an oil change only but left there feeling very confident that I will return for the rest of the services that are needed.

Big big fan of SM Motors. I have an old VW and I usually get the runaround at most auto shops but not here. The customer service was amazing, they fixed my car in a day, they provided a shuttle to and from my house, pricing is reasonable... its basically everything you look for in a auto shop. I am totally a loyal customer.

From the time I scheduled the appointment over the phone with Joshua until the completion of the job, their customer service was great. I even forgot my wallet at home and they did the work and I called them up and gave them payment over the phone. I will be back and I will recommend them to my friends.
