Quick, friendly service. The owner?manager? took the time to explain the results of my smog check.

I've been there twice now and both times I've had good experiences. They were very quick, courteous and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

Prompt and courteous service. What else do you need? Would have been nice to pass the smog test, but that was the car's fault, not the testing station's. There was a $25 charge for my retest, after I had repairs done elsewhere, but I was told that's becoming the norm - to pay for the testers' time and keep good smog testing services like this solvent and open.

Josh is so cool and so great at explaining things to me without making me feel stupid. I've had my car serviced there a few times and every time the service has been excellent. They really know what they're doing and always have the customer's best interest at heart. I even moved to Encino recently and still go back to SM Motors.
