Can't think of anything I would've wanted more in terms of customer service. Really appreciated the comprehensive diagnostic report with pictures and descriptions. Thankful to Don for texting me updates throughout the day. You don't find that with other mechanics, so I'll be back for any future car troubles. Also recommending you to colleagues. Thank you.
Great group of guys who were super friendly and straight forward communication.
My car wouldn't start and I was able to get an appointment in under 24 hours along with getting the car fixed. Going back for a follow up tomorrow but so far car is running fine.
Great experience. It's never fun to deal with (or pay for..) car repairs, but SM Motors made it as painless as possible.
