I had to get a smog certificate. Drove in without calling on a weekday in the morning. I was greeted in the parking lot and my vehicle was taken in. I was told it would take 15 mins. Went to the office, provided by information and was out in less than 15 minutes and with a nice cup of coffee to boot. Staff was amazingly friendly. Wish everything was so awesome.

It was quick and easy to get my smog check performed here! There was no wait to get in and the waiting room was lovely. Well done.

Dropped in the for an oil change - not only did they accommodate my schedule (had to get to work), they took time to show me state of Tires and informed me of options. They also took care of replacing the batteries in my remote key fob. ITS THE LITTLE THINGS that set you apart from others. Thanks guys.

Santa Monica Motors rocks! I've been there for smog issues twice. They are so organized, reasonably priced, honest and skilled. Not to mention, they have a comfortable waiting room.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I used to only go to BMW dealers but had an experience where the dealership didn't fix something until the warranty was up, despite me pointing it out the leak over the course of two years BUT as soon as the warranty was up they then said it needed fixing right away at a cost of $1200. I took it to SM motors and they did the work for half the price, explained in detail the issue and used OEM parts. I trust them implicitly - I wouldn't go anywhere else!
