I had a funeral to get to and they did everything in their power to make it happen. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very up-front. Knowing I was having a life crisis, they expedited my repairs and got to work right away on my ancient and poorly maintained car. Their diagnosis was thorough and honest. I've been told by two major houses that my brakes needed to be replaced, but Santa Monica Motors took photos of every point of inspection and demonstrated that my brakes were perfectly well-inside the safe zone. They make sure to treat the cause of an issue, not just the symptom, and I'm not sure just how common that is these days. Also, free wifi, coffee, and a comfortable reception area, made the experience extremely positive. Thanks folks, I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

I’m not sure why anyone would ever go to the DMV for registration when City Car Rental exists. Harry was so friendly and beyond helpful. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Can not recommend them enough. I would rate them more stars if I could.
