YI have been coming to Santa Monica Motors for over 30 years. They are simply The Best. I have full faith in my car’s performance because of their excellent diagnostic & mechanical skills, & knowledge. I fully trust their recommendations and I’ve never regretted it. They are efficient, pleasant, and yes- friendly & trustworthy. Karim, Ray, Bob all have encyclopedic-automotive knowledge. Brit and all the mechanics are incredibly nice. You couldn’t do better than to bring your car here and not worry about it.

Courteous welcome, diligent service without any surprise. I was told upfront that it would not be possible to have a full service since you do not provide it for Mercedes cars. But I am pleased with the partial service my car received.

Been coming here for a decade for everything from smog checks to engine tuneups and brake replacements. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for with excellent, fast service that you never need to second-guess. Will be coming here for another 10 years, easy.
