Very efficient, smooth and accommodating staff. We've been bringing our cars here for years. Seating indoors or out, plus a clean restroom. I really appreciate the attitude of all their employees. I might save some money elsewhere, but I doubt the overall experience will be as good.

I needed a smog check for my DMV registration. While I was at the post office, I discovered that I couldn't complete my car registration without getting a smog check. So, I drove around and saw a big sign that read "SMOG CHECK - CERTIFIED". Intrigued, I decided to give Santa Monica Motors-Smog a try. And let me tell you, they delivered! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Saul, who was incredibly lovely. He checked me in right away with a huge smile on his face. 😁 It was so refreshing to see people smiling. But what truly impressed me was the speed and efficiency of their service. They completed the smog check in just 12 minutes! Saul informed me that it would be electronically reported to the DMV. Their customer service was exceptional, and I'm truly grateful for their dedication. Highly recommended!

I arrived earlier than Then 8 o’clock and they usher me in for the smog exam. Done really fast and excellent service.
