Is it weird to love your auto shop? Bc I love Santa Monica Motors.Amazing customer service super reasonable pricing fast helpful holds your hands omg. They are so nice, super detailed about the maintenance, and thorough. Ask for Josh at the front desk, hes the man.

From the time I scheduled the appointment over the phone with Joshua until the completion of the job, their customer service was great. I even forgot my wallet at home and they did the work and I called them up and gave them payment over the phone. I will be back and I will recommend them to my friends.

I give two thumbs up to the service I received at Santa Monica motors. They were fast, efficient, very friendly and very reasonably priced. They provided transportation to my office so that I wouldn't have to prepare a ride and they also came highly recommended by a friend.

Very friendly staff and very honest about the work that needed to be done. I would definitely recommend them. The only reason that is keeping me from giving them 5 stars is that I didn't receive status updates on my car. They had it for 3 days and and I was the one that had to call them to find out if there was any new information at the end of the day. Other than that, great service. Thanks!

So lightning fast that I kind of wanted to stay longer to finish the magazine article I had started reading. Completely stress-free, and a good price w/ the coupon. I swear, they were done in less than 15 minutes. I was in and out of the door in less than 20. Amazing.
