Santa Monica Motor exceeds all my expectations. There is no reason to have the dealer service or repair my car when SM Motors is more efficient, more reasonably priced and at least as competent, if not more so.

Friendly, fast and efficient!

Once again, SMM has proven to be the most service-oriented mechanics I've ever met. I brought them my Insight with the IMA light on; their diagnosis showed it was the battery pack. Since I can't afford the $3k battery, at my request, they disabled the IMA system, so I can keep driving my car as gas-only. The bill was an order of magnitude less as a result. You guys rock!

The problem was quickly diagnosed, parts ordered, and repairs done. Great job!!

Fast and friendly service! I was delighted by how friendly and polite the man who helped me was (I do not remember his name unfortunately, but he was older and very kind)

Major work needed and everything was thoroughly explained. I was given several options of what to have done based on how critical it was and then they provided accurate estimates of cost. Customer service is very good and the work is top notch.
