Have gone there several times (I own two cars). Courteous, professional service. The manager is a mostly friendly, courteous and dignified man - I even thought he was the owner, so interested he is in the shop. Recommend shop 100% .

I have been getting my smog checks at your station for at least fifteen years. Is that possible? I have always received excellent service.

I went yesterday for the dreaded check. Bob was exceedingly friendly & explained everything. But I was also in-and-out, super quick! I highly recommend this station. After my battery died, something went wrong with the car alarm, so that it would not disarm when I tried to jumpstart the car. The guys at Santa Monica Motors gave me several solutions to try on my own. When those did not work, they took the car right away, and tested the whole electrical system to be sure that only the alarm was causing problems. In less than 24 hours the faulty alarm was removed and I had my car back.

I'm very pleased with the service I recieve at Santa Monica Motor's. Their efficient work is done right. The manager is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain and answer any questions you may have. This is one place that doesn't try to take advantage of the coustomer. Great work, servie and friendly staff.

The gentleman that runs this place is so absolutely delightful. It is the one reason why I go back to the company. After 6 years, he was completely memorable.

Bob was great! Fast, efficient, when they say "open at 8" they mean it, unlike "Pacific Smog" where I waited 1/2 an hour and no one showed. I got fed up, called Bob at Santa Monica Smog Check and they took care of me! Thanks Bob!
