Excellent service with a human touch.

I've been going here for 8 years. Straight-shooters & honest about what NEEDS to be fixed, and what might be needing service soon (say, in 10,000 mi). And if the work is outside their specialty, they will refer you to the best nearby provider (e.g., tires) — the list changes occasionally, as they keep up by listening to customer feedback. Finally, all staff are friendly & knowledgeable. I'm lucky to live so close to a great shop.

Great service. Wanted a repair prior to selling the car on behalf of my uncle. Don did a smog check for me at N/C (without me asking) to ease the selling process. He also asked if I wanted to have a used car dealer he knows take a look at it, which was a nice option.
