My experience with SMM this past week was 5 star service! I have an old car (2001 Ford Focus zx3) that I want to keep running as long as possible. It’s had an incredibly annoying vibration (the whole car vibrated) for years. I’ve taken it to several mechanics who said “oh it might be this or that” with no concrete solutions. Finally the vibration got bad enough that I decided to pay the $ to have it fixed. SMM diagnosed it very quickly and sent text messages with pictures, descriptions and a quote within a day of me dropping off “ol’ blue”. My car was fixed within two days and drives like it’s brand new! The lobby is also very nice and the employees at the desk professional and polite. Ray was very nice and helpful at explaining the process. I feel the prices were fair. I will always bring my cars to SMM from now on.
