This is the best place to go for smog certification. Service is personal, but entirely professional at the same time. Also, they don't waste a moment getting you started, and comfortable seating is provided while you're waiting the brief time it takes to do the smog check. I have used Santa Monica Motors over many years, with several cars, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for smog check and certification.
